What will you contribute?

Managing operations, billability, performance of QA engineers.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Allocation of resources to projects


• Eye on billability target


• Created efficiencies


• Ensure KPIs and performance

Required Experience:

• Functional knowledge of Payments and industry - 10years +

• Experience in GPP - 10years+


• Expertise in implementation testing, scope definition, gaps and planning QA 15years+


• Experience in managing performance of teams of size 15
