Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Drive and expand the sales network by generating leads through interaction with the Physicians, Nursing Homes, Collection Centres, Hospitals and other potential community.
  2. Responsible for overall sales targets and business profitability.
  3. Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks in the region.
  4. Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts).
  5. Regularly engage with clinicians (within and outside Max Healthcare) & specialty team to generate new leads.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Revenue achievement and cost of sales management.
  • Quality of Systems Implementation top quartile customer service scores.
