Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jr. NOC Engineer (L1) located in Noida. The Jr. NOC Engineer will monitor and maintain network systems, provide technical support, assist in troubleshooting network issues, manage network administration tasks, and ensure network security. The engineer will work closely with senior staff to resolve technical problems and ensure optimal network performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Network Operations Center (NOC) and Network Administration
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Knowledge of Network Security
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+ are a plus
