As we scale our international messaging business, we are expanding our core team across key functions – Sales, Business Development, Carrier Relations and Routing. This high-impact team will be pivotal in delivering a best-in-class messaging offering, ensuring route quality, commercial competitiveness, performance analytics, and end-to-end execution of messaging operations.

Role Overviews & Key Responsibilities

Sales Manager

  • Own and grow international A2P messaging revenues through strategic customer acquisition and account management.
  • Identify opportunities with aggregators, MNOs, and enterprises; manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach to closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery commitments, pricing feasibility, and quality standards.
  • Track customer performance, optimize pricing, and maintain Customer updates.

Business Development Manager

  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and product opportunities across A2P SMS and related services.
  • Generate high-quality leads through market mapping, networking, and outreach campaigns.
  • Drive long-term relationships with global partners, unlocking strategic growth channels.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Routing, and Procurement teams to structure win-win deals.

Carrier Relations Manager

  • Procure high-quality SMS routes based on traffic demand, pricing, and quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct traffic analysis, quality checks (DLR, latency, hops), and pricing intelligence.
  • Negotiate with vendors, onboard new suppliers, and monitor route performance regularly.
  • Liaise with Routing and NOC for capacity planning and traffic shifts.

Routing Manager

  • Design and optimize routing strategies for international messaging traffic.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery through routing rules, vendor prioritization, and real-time adjustments.
  • Monitor delivery reports, route stability, and system alerts to resolve quality issues.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and NOC for testing, routing changes, and traffic rerouting as needed.

Common Requirements Across Roles

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in international messaging (A2P SMS) or telecom domain.
  • Domain-specific knowledge based on role – e.g., sales pipeline management, vendor negotiations, route testing, MIS/reporting tools, or routing logic.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and process-conscious professionals preferred.

Reporting Structure

All roles will be a part of the team of the Chief Business Officer, with dotted-line coordination with relevant functional heads (e.g., NOC, Finance, Tech).
