Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Plan and schedule installation activities in coordination with project teams and clients.
  • Review technical drawings and installation manuals.
  • Allocate resources (manpower, tools, materials) for smooth execution.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of projects.

2. Team Management

  • Supervise installation engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inspections.
  • Ensure all personnel adhere to company policies, safety norms, and work ethics.

3. Quality & Safety Compliance

  • Enforce safety procedures as per company and statutory standards.
  • Conduct quality checks at each stage of installation.
  • Ensure proper documentation of inspection reports, test certificates, and checklists.

4. Client Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during installation.
  • Provide regular project updates, handle client queries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with civil contractors, consultants, and local authorities for smooth site execution.

5. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

  • Oversee testing and commissioning of installed elevators/escalators.
  • Ensure completion of handover documents and client sign-off.
  • Facilitate training for client representatives on operation and maintenance.

6. Cost & Inventory Control

  • Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure installation budgets are adhered to and variances reported.
  • Manage subcontractor billing and site expense records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
