Role Overview

As a Hospitality HR Associate, you'll play a key role in shaping our team by identifying, engaging, and hiring the right talent who embody our values. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, support HR operations, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture where people can truly thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for hospitality and support roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job postings.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, job portals, and campus connections.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcome and engaged from day one.
  • Support HR initiatives including employee engagement, training coordination, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (required) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience or education in Hospitality is a strong advantage.
  • Passion for people, talent acquisition, and creating great employee experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing company.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
