Your Key Responsibilities
- Plan, elaborate and implement compensation and benefits policies and guidelines, for area of responsibility or employee groups.
- Support development of and implement policies, standards, processes and tools.
- Analyze costs and competitive trends in cash compensation and benefits program.
- Prepare data and participate in market benchmark surveys, and analyze own organizations' benchmark position.
- Cooperate with HR stakeholders in all compensation and benefits related matters, provide support and advice.
- Execute consistent job evaluations, propose CandB packages.
Your Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Labor Law, Social Sciences
- 3 to 5 years
