Designation: Team Lead – Medical Coding Speciality: HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience – minimum 2 years) Work Type: Work From Office (WFO) Requirements On-paper Group Coach / Team Lead experience is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience in HCC medical coding. Strong leadership and people-management skills. About the Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive Team Lead for our HCC coding department. The ideal candidate will manage a team of coders, ensuring quality standards, productivity, and compliance are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Closely monitor the team's performance and maintain quality parameters. Manage and mentor a team of 30 FTEs (coders). Prepare End-of-Day (EOD) reports and review sample super audits. Drive the team to achieve accuracy, productivity, and compliance goals. Provide training, feedback, and support to team members as needed. Coordinate with management to implement process improvements. Key Skills & Requirements Proven experience as Group Coach or Team Lead in HCC coding. Strong understanding of HCC coding standards and ICD-10 codes. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams. Excellent reporting, auditing, and communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
