A3 RCM Healthcare Pvt Ltd is hiring Medical Coders for our HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) coding projects. We are looking for both Certified and Non-Certified coders Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Role & responsibilities

  • Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10 codes for HCC/Risk Adjustment
  • Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with client and CMS guidelines
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards set by the organization
  • Collaborate with quality and audit teams for error resolution and performance improvement
  • Stay updated with current coding guidelines and industry changes

Preferred candidate profile

  • Life Science / Medical / Paramedical Graduates (B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BPT, Nursing, Biotechnology, Microbiology, etc.)
  • Certification in CPC, CRC, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Freshers with basic medical coding training are encouraged to apply
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred
