Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Full Stack Application Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React for the front-end user interfaces and C#/.NET Core for the robust back-end services and APIs.

- Implement secure, performant, and well-documented RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core, adhering to best practices in microservices architecture and API design (e.g., versioning, HATEOAS).

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, conducting thorough unit and integration testing to ensure functional correctness and high reliability.

- Architect, implement, and maintain containerized application components and microservices using Docker, ensuring consistency across development, testing, and production environments.

- Optimize Dockerfiles and manage container orchestration principles (familiarity with Kubernetes concepts is a plus) for highly available deployments.

- Manage and optimize deployment workflows through Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Design and implement solutions for real-time data ingestion, processing, and communication by integrating and managing Kafka for event streaming and messaging queues.

- Develop robust producers and consumers for Kafka topics, ensuring reliable data delivery and fault tolerance within the application architecture.

Collaboration and Process :

- Actively participate in all phases of the Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design specifications into seamless, responsive, and intuitive user experiences.

- Perform and participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain code quality, enforce architectural standards, and facilitate knowledge transfer across the team.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in both the front-end rendering and back-end processing layers.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Expert-level proficiency and hands-on experience with the latest versions of C# and .NET Core (or .NET 6+) for building server-side applications and APIs.

- Strong proficiency in modern React development, including Hooks, Context API, component state management, and ecosystem libraries (e.g., React Router, Redux/Zustand).

- Proven, practical experience with Docker in a production environment, including containerization best practices, image optimization, and multi-stage builds.

- Hands-on experience integrating and managing Kafka for real-time event-driven architectures.

- Deep understanding of RESTful API principles and hands-on experience in designing and developing highly scalable microservices.

- Proficient with relational and/or NoSQL database concepts and query optimization.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborative tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, Jira).

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and verbal/written communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Practical experience with major Cloud platforms, particularly AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, EKS/ECS).

- Experience with Observability tools and practices (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Jaeger) for monitoring distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or relational databases like PostgreSQL in a professional environment.

- Knowledge of advanced front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Jest) and practices.

- Experience with cloud-native application deployment and management using Kubernetes.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
