Job Description

  • Monitors and conducts audits with the aim to measure elements that have the highest impact to the HealthMap centres to ensure continued productivity
  • Will assist in NABH accreditations.
  • Directs all quality management activities ( NABH compliance, Safety and infection control)
  • Evise and establish a HealthMaps quality procedures, standards, and specifications as per NABH.
  • Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.
  • Maintain quality with minimum analytical TAT in processing of samples.
  • Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
  • Use relevant quality tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business.
  • Monthly Data analysis (Quality Indicators, Feedback ,TAT etc.)

Candidate Profile

  • Should be healthcare professional, with an MHA or BHA equivalent and Hospital background and over 0-2 years experience in Hospital Quality and NABH Coordination.
  • Ready to travel, work and plan independently.
  • Good in oral and written communication skills
  • Good in Excel & PPT

Experience:

  • WORK EXP: 1 years (Preferred)
  • Desirable : Experience in NABH/NABL Accreditation of at least one hospital or LAB
