Role Summary
The Sales, Business Development & Marketing Executive will support growth across the UK and Europe by generating qualified leads, improving digital presence, and engaging IT, Operations, and Finance leadership teams. This role blends digital marketing execution with outbound outreach and early-stage sales qualification for ERP, CRM, WMS, accounting, and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
A. Marketing / Demand Generation
- Support SEO execution and improve website visibility for UK/Europe search.
- Assist in managing paid campaigns (Google & LinkedIn) targeted at enterprise decision-makers.
- Help develop industry-specific content: blogs, case studies, sector pages, and solution summaries.
- Improve landing pages, CTAs, and conversion flows.
- Manage email nurturing workflows and remarketing audiences.
- Track channel performance and produce weekly reports.
B. Sales & Business Development
- Research and identify leads across UK & Europe in key industries: manufacturing, retail, distribution, logistics, and services.
- Engage IT Heads, Operations Heads, and Finance leadership with tailored messaging.
- Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calling.
- Qualify inbound leads, understand needs, and schedule demos for the sales team.
- Maintain high-quality CRM data (pipeline, activities, follow-ups).
- Follow up on webinar attendees, content downloads, and event-generated leads.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, accounting or enterprise software solutions.
- SEO fundamentals, landing page optimization, and analytics (GA4, Search Console).
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Strong communication skills with senior decision makers.
- Ability to work with data and drive performance improvements.
KPIs
- Qualified leads per month (UK & Europe).
- Outreach engagement (reply rate, meetings booked).
- Organic traffic improvements in the UK region.
- Landing page and campaign conversion metrics.
- Pipeline contribution from outbound efforts.
