Key Responsibilities

  1. Create engaging social media templates, graphics, and posts in line with brand guidelines.
  2. Schedule and manage posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  3. Write professional and creative email content, schedule campaigns, and track performance.
  4. Collaborate with the content and support team to manage webinars, workshops, and masterclasses.
  5. Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  6. Monitor engagement metrics, provide insights, and suggest improvements for higher reach.
  7. Assist in managing performance marketing ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) with the marketing team.
  8. Stay updated with social media trends, competitor strategies, and EdTech marketing practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Education:
    Any Graduate/Undergraduate (Preferred: BBA, MBA in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field)
  2. Strong skills in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools for post/template creation.
  3. Excellent communication and email writing skills.
  4. Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  5. Basic understanding of performance marketing campaigns and analytics.
  6. Experience in EdTech, digital marketing, or social media roles preferred.
  7. Freshers with strong creative skills and eagerness to learn can also apply.
