Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage interior finishing works across residential towers, clubhouses, sample flats, sales galleries, and premium commercial projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution aligned with design intent.
  • Oversee end-to-end project handovers including lobbies, apartments, show flats, and common amenities.
  • Manage design coordination activities, resolving on-site challenges to ensure smooth progress.
  • Supervise and guide site execution teams, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and delivery schedules.
  • Review drawings, BOQs, and technical details to maintain execution accuracy.
  • Provide inputs on value engineering, material selection, and finishing details for cost and quality optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Diploma / Degree in Interior Design.
  • Experience: 15+ years in interior finishing with reputed developers, contractors, or design firms.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury finishing standards and high-end residential/commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
