Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations of the Tissue Machine and Stock Preparation during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure seamless operation across forming, pressing, drying, and creping sections.
  • Monitor DCS systems to maintain critical process parameters in line with SOPs and product specifications.
  • Coordinate activities such as reel changes, threading, and shutdowns (e.g., wire/felt changes, inspections, etc.).

Preferred candidate profile


• Deep understanding of tissue manufacturing processes and operations.


• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.


• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for coordination across departments.


• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and quality management systems.

Diploma / Graduate in Chemical / Pulp and Paper will be considered.
