Job Overview :-

We are seeking an enthusiastic, presentable, and customer-focused Sales Person (Freelancer) to represent our Silver Jewellery brand at events, exhibitions, and jewellery stalls. The role involves assisting customers in choosing jewellery pieces, promoting our collection, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. This is a flexible freelance/part-time opportunity, suitable for candidates who enjoy interacting with people and have a flair for sales.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Professionally represent the jewellery brand at events, exhibitions, and stalls.
  • Display, promote, and sell a variety of silver jewellery (necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, etc.).
  • Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that match their preferences and event requirements.
  • Answer customer queries and provide product knowledge (silver purity, design details, care tips, etc.).
  • Process sales transactions accurately and maintain basic sales records/documentation.
  • Ensure jewellery display is well-organized, attractive, and clean at all times.
  • Collaborate with event organizers and brand managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Work in flexible shifts (day/night) based on event schedules.

Requirements :-

  • Prior experience in jewellery sales, retail, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Comfortable working flexible shifts (day/night).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high customer flow during busy events.
  • Basic knowledge of silver jewellery and designs will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work as a freelancer (without fixed working hours).
