Responsibilities

  • Product listing management: Create, update, and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, attributes, and pricing on e-commerce platforms.
  • Content creation: Write compelling and accurate product descriptions, bullet points, and content optimized for both customers and search engines.
  • SEO optimization: Implement SEO techniques, including keyword research, to ensure product listings are easily discoverable by customers.
  • Inventory and pricing: Monitor and manage product inventory levels to avoid stockouts and ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
  • Image and media: Ensure product images are high-quality, accurate, and appealing.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor sales data, customer feedback, and website analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align on strategies, promotions, and customer experience.
  • Market research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
