Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate coding of patient records using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS standards.
  • Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance and coding accuracy.
  • Collaborate with physicians and billing teams to resolve coding discrepancies.
  • Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant specialty.
  • Certification in medical coding (CPC / COC / CCS / equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and reimbursement guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
