About the Role

We're looking for a driven and versatile HR Recruiter who's enthusiastic to build a strong recruitment career by handling end-to-end hiring for diverse clients across industries. You'll be sourcing across blue-collar, grey-collar, and white-collar roles using modern tools and hands-on techniques—delivering quality candidates for bulk and lateral profiles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze client hiring requirements across various domains
  • Recruit for Blue-Collar, Grey-Collar, and White-Collar roles—including bulk hiring and lateral profiles
  • Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Apna, WorkIndia and other platforms
  • Conduct screening, scheduling, and coordination of interviews
  • Maintain candidate pipelines for bulk and niche hiring needs
  • Handle onboarding support, documentation, and post-offer follow-up
  • Meet weekly and monthly placement targets
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and reports in coordination with internal/external teams
  • Work closely with business development and delivery heads to align talent pipeline with client needs

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment
  • Experience in bulk hiring is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Excellent sourcing and screening abilities across platforms
  • Capable of handling multiple mandates at once
  • Goal-oriented, deadline-focused, and self-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Graduation is mandatory; MBA is a plus
