Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to align performance efforts with brand storytelling. Continuously test, measure, and optimize campaigns to drive conversions, reduce CPA, and increase ROAS.Analyze campaign data and share actionable insights for creative and content improvement.
Develop strategic growth roadmaps for each brand under the Story of Sagas umbrella. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations. You
Should Have2–4 years of experience in digital performance marketing (agency or brand side)Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search and Display) and Meta Ads (FB/IG)Strong understanding of attribution models, bidding strategies, and performance metricsA storytelling mindset—able to connect product value to audience emotions
Comfort working in a collaborative, strategy-meets-execution environment
Agency experience is a plus
