For the Team lead role- The candidate must:

  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to ensure high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

    • Take ownership of issues, proactively identify solutions, and drive them to resolution in a timely manner.

    • Act as the go-to problem solver for complex challenges, ensuring quick decision-making and execution.

    • Foster a culture of self-motivation, initiative, and ownership within the team.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements or issues , set clear priorities, and deliver results aligned with business objectives.

    • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by monitoring progress, removing roadblocks, and driving productivity.

    • Provide hands-on support where needed and set the standard for delivering with quality and urgency.

    • Assign & track user stories and report team performance metrics, escalating risks early and implementing corrective actions swiftly.

  • Primary skill must be in Full stack developer and must be in .Net API development

    • Must have hands-on experience in .Net C#, ,Web API, .Net Core, Entity Framework & LINQ

    • Knowledge/ Experience in RDBMS sql server

    • Angular JS/React js will be good to have.

    • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap & jQuery is preferred.

    • Strong understanding of C# fundamentals, Object Oriented Design, algorithm design and Data Structures

    • Bachelors degree in computer science or related field with IT background

    • Experienced working in Agile Methodology

    • Good communication skills; prior worked with international clients

    • Confident and work as Individual contributor and a Onsite team lead; exp. working directly with client team.

    • Experience in Insurance domain is preferred.

    • Interact with business user for requirement understanding and clarification.

    • Relevant .Net experienced in Restful API Development

    • Good Analytical Skills and be able to work independently.

    • Work with Business users and analyst to clarify the requirements and provide solutions

    • Able to code as per coding standards and deliver the complete developed enhancements on time maintaining quality

    • Be able to unit test and integration test the code and write test cases.

    • Be able to participate in discussion and provide workaround or out of the box solutions.

    • Good Communication skills and email etiquettes are a must.

    • Be able to comprehend complex problem statements and provide a solution.
