About the role:
Matellio is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence in the global software engineering services landscape. The ideal candidate will have prior experience heading marketing for a software engineering or IT services company, with a proven track record in driving demand generation, brand positioning, and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target markets.
- Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, and content strategies to build awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Spearhead and oversee Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to drive enterprise and mid-market client acquisition through email, LinkedIn, Zoom, Apollo, and other relevant tools and workflows
- Drive performance marketing through SEO, Google Ads, and other digital channels to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Delivery teams to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance, measure KPIs, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure consistent execution and innovation across all marketing functions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in digital marketing, martech, and the software services industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Marketing Head in a Software Engineering or IT Services company.
- Hands-on expertise in ABM, SEO, and Google Ads practical experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and lead nurturing strategies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, sales, and technical teams.
