About the role

As a Trainee, you will report to the Financial Analyst and will be responsible for Accounts Payable (AP) process. Along the way, you will get to:

• Invoice Processing
  • Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
• MIS reports
  • Prepare MIS reports related to AP activities
  • Update daily AP tracker.
  • Share daily status updates with AP team.
• Filing & Documentation
  • Organize & file invoices, payment proofs & related documents.
• Vendor Management
  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status, discrepancies, and payment schedules.
  • Assist in onboarding new vendors and updating vendor details.
  • Assist in payment batches
• Employee Reimbursement Handling
  • Review & verify employee expense claims for processing reimbursement.
• Internal Coordination
  • Work with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to resolve various issues.
  • Maintaining credit card excel sheets.
• Reporting
  • Update daily AP tracker.
  • Share daily status updates with AP team.
• Learning & Development
  • Participate in AP process training sessions.
  • Stay updated on company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
