Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Trainee Captain role based in Gurugram. The Trainee Captain will be responsible for supervising day-to-day service operations, managing staff assignments, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining service standards, addressing customer queries or concerns, and assisting in the training and development of team members. The role requires effective coordination with team members to uphold operational efficiency and a high-quality guest experience.

• Understanding of hospitality standards, service protocols, and guest satisfaction principles
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations and safety regulations

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Formal training in hospitality management or related field preferred
• Previous hands-on experience in hospitality roles is an advantage
