Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Intern with a Finance or Accounting academic background. The intern will support administrative, documentation, and basic accounting tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for candidates who wish to gain hands-on experience in administration and financial processes within a growing organization.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in daily administrative operations, filing, and document management.
  • Support accounting activities such as invoice management and item enrollment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for documentation, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements & expense reports.
  • Provide support in audit preparation and compliance documentation.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the admin or accounts manager.
