Job Description
    • Review and analyze system specifications and requirements
    • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases
    • Identify, document, and report bugs and glitches
    • Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to troubleshoot issues
    • Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks
    • Track quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities and open defect counts)
    • Recommend improvements to enhance product quality
Primary Skills

Experience in SFDC/SalesForce, Sales cloud, Service cloud,  Marketing cloud
