Lead Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Creative and Experienced Graphic Design Lead who can build and lead our design team to heights. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in branding and digital design, who can establish creative direction, ensure design excellence across projects, and shape the visual identity for both our clients and our organization. You'll be responsible not only for design execution but also for leading creative strategy, mentoring designers, and building a strong design culture that produces outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Build the Design Team: Set the foundation for the design department by hiring, mentoring, and guiding junior designers and interns.
  • Creative Direction: Define and drive brand identity, visual strategy, and design guidelines for client and internal projects.
  • Client Management: Interact directly with clients to understand goals, present ideas confidently, and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Branding & Design Execution: Conceptualize and produce high-quality creative assets including brand identities, social media creatives, marketing collaterals, brochures, banners, and packaging.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure creative alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Quality & Consistency: Maintain brand coherence and visual excellence across every project.
  • Process Improvement: Establish efficient design workflows, review mechanisms, and creative standards to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in design, branding, and AI-assisted creative tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in branding and digital design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, print, and digital design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and layout principles.
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior designers.
  • Excellent client-handling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools is a plus.
