We are looking for a talented **Creative Designer (Motion Graphics/Video Editing)** to join our Technical Department and elevate our creative projects to the next level.

**Role Overview**

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for designing a wide range of materials across digital and print platforms, with a focus on motion graphics and video editing. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure brand consistency while delivering visually stunning designs that align with our goals.

**Key ResponsibilitiesDesign**:

- Develop concepts and designs for diverse mediums, including print, digital, and social platforms.
- Create visually engaging graphics, logos, icons, and infographics.
- Design marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and posters.
- Work collaboratively with copywriters on campaigns.
- Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and meet high-quality standards.

**Digital Design**:

- Create user-friendly, mobile-optimized designs.
- Develop innovative UI/UX concepts.
- Design digital advertisements, including Google and Facebook ads.

**Print Design**:

- Design business cards, letterheads, and envelopes.
- Create print advertisements for newspapers and magazines.
- Develop eye-catching packaging designs.
- Design event materials such as posters, banners, and signage.

**Brand Identity**:

- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Create logos, brand marks, and visual assets.
- Ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with art directors, copywriters, and developers to achieve creative objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into designs.
- Present designs and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 2+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing tools.
- Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative designs and motion graphics.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Branding and identity design.
- Experience with responsive web and mobile designs.
- Familiarity with industry trends and emerging tools.

**Education & Certifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- **Certifications**: Adobe Certified Expert or Graphic Design Certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,678.03 - ₹30,969.98 per month
