Job Summary

The Junior HR Generalist is responsible for supporting HR related Employee Engagement work for clients of the organisation. This role involves a combination of creative work, new ideas of engagement, administrative tasks, project coordination, and L&D support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Project Management:
  • Assist in the development of project proposals for Engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Manage project documentation and reporting.
  • L&D Support:
  • Develop and deliver engaging L&D content.
  • Coordinate with external trainers and vendors.
  • Manage training logistics and participant registration.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback.
  • HR Administration:
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions, design & development of projects
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
  • Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for statutory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva & MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
