Position Overview:

We are seeking an inspiring HR leader who is deeply committed to shaping organizational culture and advancing talent strategies. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key driver of our people strategy—leading a skilled HR team and working closely with senior leadership to cultivate a high-performing, engaged workforce.

This position goes beyond overseeing daily HR functions; it requires strategic vision to champion a people-centric culture, support organizational growth, and deliver a meaningful employee experience that fuels innovation and performance. By collaborating with executive leadership, you'll leverage data-driven insights and a deep understanding of human capital to influence impactful change across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, including workforce planning, talent pipelines, and succession planning.
  • Take ownership of senior leadership recruitment, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision, values, and strategic priorities.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, niche job boards, and headhunting techniques, to identify and attract diverse, top-tier talent.
  • Continuously improve the recruitment process through innovative tools and strategies, ensuring it is efficient, inclusive, and results-oriented.

People Engagement

  • Lead and manage a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to partner with business leaders effectively.
  • Work closely with leaders and teams to understand the pulse of the business to help build and execute thoughtful engagement plans that also enable retention of the employees
  • Monitor attrition levels and implement innovative attrition control mechanisms
  • Drive organisational change initiatives by working closely with leadership and business units to plan and execute change management strategies.
  • Champion people engagement and wellness strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's culture and values.
  • Scale-up processes in line with growing headcount and changing organization & people needs
  • Lead key people initiatives to educate, inform and re-iterate company policies, practices and cultural elements

Talent Development

  • Lead the performance management process to drive people growth and development and ensure alignment between individual performance and organizational goals.
  • Lead the Hi-Po Development program to identify key talent in the organisation. Ideate and implement strategies for their growth and development
  • Work with senior leaders and HR teams to identify top performers and create talent pipelines for future leadership roles.

People Operations

  • Owning and ensuring all activities related to HR Operations - Onboarding, Insurance, PF, Compliances, Internal Audit, Documentation & Filing, Policies and SOPs are delivered seamlessly
  • Own and manage labour law compliances, including PF and ESI. Ensure all other compliances/returns wrt POSH, Maternity, Minimum Wages etc are in place
  • Administer and continuously look for enhancing employee benefits and tie-ups. Ensure the benefits package is in line with the industry
  • Benchmark the current policies and amend if necessary, post relevant approvals
  • Be responsible for ensuring that all Audit requirements are being met and recommendations implemented

Must-Have:

  • MBA (specialisation in Human Resources/Operations) with 13-20 years of relevant functional experience with an IT services/product company
  • Strong knowledge of talent management principles, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Should be comfortable navigating a dynamic environment with changing needs.
  • Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide leadership
