Responsibilities: Responsible for the design and execution of targeted HR projects spanning the entire employee lifecycle. Partner closely with teams driving initiatives in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and External Branding, as well as Employee Relations. You will play a key role in developing robust processes and documentation that underpin these projects.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to explore and address people-related challenges for assigned projects.

• Support research efforts and contribute to implementing best practices in HR strategy, talent acquisition, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.

• Collect and analyse data, develop and test hypotheses, and generate insightful recommendations.

• Build strong internal relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Propose solutions and assist in executing projects following leadership approval.

Eligibility:

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in human resource management or a related field.

• Intellectual curiosity and ability to deal with ambiguity, learn rapidly and be responsive to evolving needs

• Exceptional problem-solving ability.

• Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues

• An eye for detail, meticulous, insightful with a structured thought process

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent command over English
