Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Location Head based in Siwan. The Location Head will lead and manage the overall operations and business growth of the designated location, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Responsibilities include team management, setting business goals, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role involves identifying business opportunities, mentoring team members, and building strong relationships with clients to deliver excellent customer service.

• Proficiency in business development, sales planning, and identifying new opportunities to drive growth.
• Strong client relationship management skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of the insurance sector, particularly life insurance products and solutions, is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in leading regional or branch offices in the financial services or insurance industry is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with rural markets and customer needs is preferred.
