Senior Developer

Experience- 5+ years

Job Overview- We're looking for a Senior Developer with deep expertise in LLMs and Generative AI systems to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy scalable applications using Python and state-of-the-art LLMs.
  • Develop and optimize RAG pipelines combining vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
  • Integrate APIs from models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Hugging Face, and open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon).
  • Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for performance, relevance, and safety.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, MLOps, and product teams to deploy Gen AI solutions into production.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior developers.

Core Skills

  • 5+ years of Python development experience, with production-level coding skills.
  • Strong experience with LLMs, Transformers, and Gen AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).


•Deep understanding of RAG architecture, vector stores (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone
•Experience with prompt engineering and tuning LLM behavior..Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Bonus: Experience with fine-tuning open-source models, knowledge of RLHF, or LLMOps
