About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Agent AI Developer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on developing intelligent conversational agents, integrating AI models, and enhancing user interactions through automation and natural language understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-based conversational agents and automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver intelligent solutions.
  • Fine-tune language models and integrate APIs for improved conversational accuracy.
  • Conduct research and testing on the latest AI tools and frameworks.
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and performance reports for AI systems.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Python, JavaScript, or related programming languages.
  • Familiarity with NLP frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Rasa, spaCy, Hugging Face).
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and database integration.
  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn emerging AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Candidate must have a consistent educational background with a minimum score of 90% throughout academics.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience with AI agent frameworks or LLM-based tools.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Internship or project experience in AI/ML or chatbot development.
