About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with freelancing platforms like Upwork, , Fiverr, or similar, and will be skilled at managing clients, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, bid, and secure projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Resolve client concerns and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales (preferably on freelance platforms).
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals on Upwork / Freelancer / similar platforms.
  • Strong client management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow with the organization.
