We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer with expertise in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer sites. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

  • Install and set up new equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform commissioning and testing to ensure proper functionality.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in equipment, minimizing downtime for customers.
  • Replace faulty components and parts as necessary.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and service requests promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Prepare detailed service reports for each job completed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing field service activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
