Inviting applications for the role of [Manager], [SQL and Data Visualization Expert]
We are looking for a highly skilled data professional with expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Looker to support data transformation, reporting, and advanced analytics. The role will focus on building automated workflows, managing datasets, and delivering impactful dashboards to enable business decision-making.
Responsibilities

•    Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for reliable data pipelines.

•    Build and maintain workflows for data preparation, automation, and advanced analytics.

•    Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards in Power BI and Looker.

•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

•    Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across reporting platforms

•    Support process automation and enable self-service reporting for end-users.
Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree or higher.

•    Experience in Power BI and Looker development, including advanced DAX and Power Query skills.

•    Strong expertise in data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema, fact/dimension tables).

•    Strong command of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for data modeling and analytics.

•    Experience with SQL and stored procedures. 

•    Hands-on experience in data workflows and automation.

•    Proven track record in managing Power BI Service, including workspaces, gateways.

•    Excellent communication and analytical skills. 

•    Proven experience in data modeling, ETL, and reporting solutions.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL best practices.

•    Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for data management.

•    Exposure to Python/R for advanced analytics is a plus.

•    Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

•    Experience in financial or operational reporting will be an added advantage.

•    Proven ability to lead cross-functional BI projects and mentor teams.

•    Knowledge of AI/ML Concepts
