Role & responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor & manage Wealth Managers to achieve business targets
  • Align team goals with organizational objectives
  • Drive HNI/UHNI client acquisition & support in closing high-value deals
  • Deliver customized wealth solutions (MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, Alternates)
  • Ensure high client engagement with proactive advisory
  • Achieve P&L targets and grow AUM/AUA
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI & internal processes

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Business (MBA/CFP/CFA preferred)
  • Minimum 3-4 years in a leadership/team handling role
  • Existing AUM book of Cr (MF, PMS, AIF mandatory)
  • Strong HNI/UHNI network with proven client acquisition track record
  • Ability to bring a performing team (preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in managing large portfolios & driving business growth
