Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Application Engineer. The Sales Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, offering customized solutions for their sawing needs, and supporting the sales team by combining technical expertise with sales strategies. Regular duties include advising customers on product applications, coordinating with engineering teams, identifying client requirements, and assisting in the implementation and maintenance of products and services. The position involves both technical and sales-focused responsibilities aimed at delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Engineering and Sales to effectively communicate technical value to customers and contribute to business growth.
  • Practical knowledge in Technical Support to address and resolve customer needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Strong background in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering to understand and address technical product requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work directly with clients to provide tailored solutions and build strong relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of sawing tools, technologies, and industrial cutting processes is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and customer-oriented approach.
