Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer, based in Thane Taluka. The Field Services Engineer will perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and provide technical support for water and wastewater treatment systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, conducting routine maintenance, ensuring optimal system performance, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role may also involve collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure successful system operation.
Qualifications
- Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support skills
- Preventive Maintenance skills to ensure optimal operation of systems
- Strong Customer Service abilities to maintain positive client relationships
- Ability to work independently and handle on-site responsibilities effectively
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field preferred)
- Prior experience in the water treatment industry or similar field is a plus
