Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and experienced
IT Administrator
to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and end-users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in desktop support, networking, server/cloud administration, and vendor coordination. This role requires a proactive professional capable of handling daily IT operations, global helpdesk support, and IT procurement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Desktop & End-User Support

  • Install, configure, and maintain
    Windows and macOS-based laptops and desktops
    .
  • Troubleshoot OS, hardware, and software issues.
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Office Suite).
  • Manage software updates, user access, and license renewals.
  • Deliver end-user support via helpdesk tools.

Meeting Room & IT Peripheral Support

  • Maintain and support meeting room equipment including AV systems and projectors.
  • Troubleshoot and support printers, scanners, CCTV, and telecommunication systems.
  • Manage smartphone provisioning and secure configuration for staff.
  • Oversee IT peripherals and board-level devices.

Networking & Connectivity

  • Setup and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi systems.
  • Manage routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Monitor network performance to ensure reliable connectivity.

Server & Cloud Administration

  • Work with Windows Server environments.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Azure, and cloud apps.
  • Manage shared drives, file/document systems, and permissions.

ERP & Application Support

  • Support and maintain ERP systems.
  • Install and troubleshoot enterprise software.

IT Helpdesk & Shift Support

  • Provide 24x7 IT support, covering Indian and US business hours.
  • Manage tickets, track SLAs, and resolve issues promptly.

Vendor & Procurement Management

  • Coordinate with IT vendors and ISPs for IT services.
  • Handle procurement: gather quotes, compare options, and process purchases.
  • Maintain records of warranties, service contracts, and procurement documents.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (MCSE, CCNA, Microsoft 365 Certified) are an advantage.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and multitasking skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and security principles.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and IT asset tracking.
