Minimum Experience : 8+ years

Education : Diploma or B.Arch / equivalent in Architectural Technology or ITI Draftsman civil with Experience working in architectural drafting in building projects (residential, commercial, institutional).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Produce detailed working drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation (floor plans, elevations, sections, details).
  • Interpret architectural / structural / MEP designs and convert to accurate CAD drawings.
  • Prepare drawings for permits, approvals, tendering, and contractor documentation.
  • Maintain drawing standards, layering conventions, naming conventions.

Technical Skills / Tools :

  • Expert in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
  • Proficiency in architectural drafting tools: Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD (if used).
  • Microsoft Office, drawing file management, documentation skills.
