Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) software programs and equipment or a conventional drafting station to create

and modify architectural documents, designs, working drawings, forms, charts and records
- Analyze current building codes, by-laws and requirements to establish how they affect architectural drawings, and

stay up-to-date on all required and relevant codes
- Bring together structural, mechanical and electrical designs and create a way or a method of accurately arranging

them to produce building designs that are understandable and feasible
- Draw detailed and rough scale plans for structures, foundations and buildings based upon preliminary concepts,

sketches, specification sheets, engineering calculations and other provided data
- Acquire and assemble information needed to finish architectural drawings, visiting job sites when necessary to

gather measurements
- Draws plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on instructions provided by the seniors.
- Should be aware of Elevation, Section & Plans.
- Coordinate drawings with outside consultants, attend meetings.

Technical & Key Skills:

- Proficient in Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Lumion and Photoshop.
- Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas.
- Strong design and form-giving skills required
- Deep Knowledge of Building Services coordination, Meeting management and Project Detailing
- Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field
- Proven work experience in the Construction industry as an Architectural Draftsman, Architectural Drafter, or a

similar role
- Understanding of the industry standards and safety regulations
- Excellent drafting and mechanical skills
- Having a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 1.5 - 3 years of experience in architecture with a strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skil

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
