Sales and Reservation Executive

Reservation Management
- Handle all room reservation requests via calls, emails, OTAs, and walk-ins promptly and professionally.
- Maintain updated knowledge of room types, rates, packages, promotions, and hotel facilities.
- Process individual, group, and corporate bookings accurately in the PMS (Property Management System).
- Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for room allocation and special guest requests.
- Ensure all booking details, payment terms, and guest preferences are correctly recorded.
Sales & Revenue Support
- Assist in achieving monthly and yearly room revenue targets through proactive sales efforts.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling of rooms, F&B, and other hotel services.
- Follow up with potential leads and past guests to generate repeat business.
- Support the sales team with rate proposals, contracts, and corporate/agent follow-ups.
- Maintain relationships with travel agents, OTAs, and corporate clients.
Guest Service & Communication
- Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, services, and promotions.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a courteous and professional attitude in all guest interactions.
Administration & Coordination
- Maintain reservation reports, daily pickup summaries, and occupancy forecasts.
- Reconcile daily bookings from all sources (website, OTA, walk-in, direct).
- Coordinate with Accounts for advance payments, refunds, and billing queries.
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly sales reports for management review.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11, ₹20,939.81 per month
