Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Engineer to support our infrastructure projects through effective coordination, tender management, and procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have sound technical knowledge, hands-on experience in project documentation, and a strong understanding of tender processes and procurement procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct regular tender searches on government and private portals for relevant infrastructure projects.

· Prepare and compile tender documentation, including BOQs, technical bids, and supporting documents.

· Assist in procurement activities — preparing material requisitions, obtaining quotations, evaluating suppliers, and maintaining procurement records.

· Provide technical office support, including preparation of drawings, data sheets, and project correspondence.

· Coordinate between the engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure smooth workflow.

· Maintain project-related documentation and assist in compliance with quality and safety standards.

· Support project managers in scheduling, progress tracking, and report preparation.

· Ensure adherence to company policies, project timelines, and budget constraints.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of tendering processes, procurement, and project documentation.

· Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and tender portals (e.g., eProcurement, GEM, etc.).

· Good understanding of infrastructure project components and materials.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively across departments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹132, ₹1,158,967.87 per year
