  1. Key Responsibilities:Stock Verification & Audit
  • Conduct periodic physical verification of stocks at branches, warehouses, and project sites.
  • Reconcile physical stock with system (ERP / manual) records.
  • Ensure proper documentation of receipts, issues, and returns.
  • Check and verify all stock entries made by the store team.
  1. Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare and submit detailed audit reports highlighting discrepancies, shortages, or excesses.
  • Recommend corrective actions to prevent future discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all stock audits conducted.
  1. Process Compliance
  • Ensure all inventory control processes and company guidelines are being followed.
  • Verify storage conditions, labeling, and handling of materials as per standards.
  • Audit consumption reports and check for misuse or wastage of materials.
  1. Coordination & Support
  • Coordinate with Store Executives, Branch Heads, and Accounts Teams for clarifications.
  • Support management in conducting surprise or special audits as and when required.
  • Provide feedback to improve inventory control systems and procedures.
  1. System Management
  • Update audit findings in software tools / Excel sheets.
  • Ensure that stock movements are properly authorized and recorded.
  • Assist in digitalizing and streamlining inventory audit processes.
