Inventory Associate

**Job Responsibility**:

- Price approval (Decision making).
- Coordinating with external teams
- Solving sales representative query
- Responsible for inventory control procedures, examining levels of supplies, shortages and determine changes.
- Maintaining the inventory inflow and outflow
- Assigning the equipment after documents verification
- Handling outside funding
- Keeping up with the changing work environment
- Logging data: shipment, deliveries to update inventory; order new
- supplies to avoid insufficiencies.
- Perform daily analysis to overcome inventory problems.
- Cold calling with clients (average of 5 calls per day) to help them locate the nearest service stations, truck stops and communicate

with the relevant management.
- Internal communication with employees regarding the ordering of inventories, providing PO number, and maintaining PO books

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with accounting software
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors/Diploma in marketing or relevant field
- Preferable skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹21,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inventory Control (Price Approval): 1 year (required)
- Trucking and logistic: 1 year (required)
