We build sharp digital experiences: websites, products, and visual stories. If you've got 1–2 years under your belt, a clean eye, and the stamina to ship, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

  • Design high-end marketing sites and product UI in Figma (components, Auto Layout, responsive states, dev-ready handoff).
  • Turn brand direction into crisp visual assets (social posts, pitch decks, campaign graphics) without hand-holding.
  • Collaborate tight with devs and PMs—clear specs, sensible breakpoints, export discipline, QA on staging.
  • Iterate based on feedback and performance data; ship small improvements weekly rather than waiting for "the big revamp."
  • Maintain and evolve design systems across projects.

What we're looking for (must-haves)

  • 1–2 years
     of professional design experience (agency, startup, or serious freelance).
  • A 
    portfolio
     that shows taste: typography, hierarchy, spacing, and real constraints.
  • Figma fluency
     (components, variants, tokens mindset).

Nice to have

  • Motion (Lottie/AE), basic video editing, illustration/3D, Webflow/Framer,
  • Experience with marketing funnels or product analytics to inform design decisions.
  • Comfort with brand systems and rapid content production.
