We are looking for a visionary
Design Head

to lead our
high-end, large scale workplace design

projects in
Bangalore

. This role demands a blend of creativity, leadership, and business understanding to shape future-ready work environments for leading organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the overall design vision for large-scale, premium workplace interiors.
  • Lead space planning to create functional, aesthetic, and future-ready work environments.
  • Collaborate closely with CXOs and business leaders to understand goals and present impactful design solutions.
  • Mentor and inspire a team of designers, fostering creativity, accountability, and excellence.
  • Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring uncompromised quality, timely execution, and budget adherence.
  • Stay ahead by integrating global design trends, sustainability practices, and new technologies into projects.
  • Work seamlessly with business, project, and vendor teams to deliver world-class outcomes.

Skills & Qualities

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (mandatory).
  • Minimum 7 years of Industry experience (5 years of experience in large-scale workplace interior) is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3DS Max, and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative, practical, and high-impact workspace solutions.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership in handling multiple large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creative problem solver with a focus on user well-being, comfort, and innovation.
  • Reliable, hands-on, and skilled at building long-term client relationships.
