Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, practical, and people-driven Project Manager to lead our on-site operations for turnkey interior and signage projects. This role demands a professional who thrives on solving real-time

challenges, coordinating between clients, architects, and vendors, and ensuring top-quality delivery from star to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and supervise interior and signage project execution.
  • Handle day-to-day site management, quality control, and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate between client, architect, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Understand design intent and interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Manage procurement, vendor allocation, and on-site manpower.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and communicate status updates.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost, and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
  • Support in material selection, mock-ups, and client presentations.
  • Travel to project sites within NCR and across India when required.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of interior & signage execution process.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to read & interpret CAD drawings and BOQs.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation.
  • Practical problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Team management and leadership at site level.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-outs or branding works.
  • Exposure to corporate, retail, or hospitality projects.
  • Knowledge of signage fabrication and faade systems is a strong plus
